Back in January, the first month of the 2026 Ultimate Blog Challenge, one of the suggested topics was to caption a photograph from the blogger. I was so excited when I received a message from Alice congratulating me on being the winner. I didn’t know what the prize was but she was mailing it to me.

Was this a quick month or what?? The last day of January UBC is Silly Saturday! Stale donuts and Cinnamon butter doesn’t really sound appetizing, does it? But wait until you see how the two came together! Today is Throwback Thursday and I’m sharing a blog I wrote two years ago. My granddaughter used to work at Krispy Kreme so she was always bring donuts home. But we can only eat so many donuts before they go stale. I came up with a few recipes to use up the stale donuts. One was donut French Toast and the other was donut Monkey Bread. Monkey Bread is
