Today is Palm Sunday for those who celebrate. It’s the Sunday before Easter where palm branches were waved to greet Jesus as he entered Jerusalem. Palm Sunday is the first day of Holy Week and in our church the palms are handed out at the beginning of Mass and then they are blessed by the Priest. I remember my first Palm Sunday with Rich when I would watch his grandfather make the most beautiful crosses from the palms. Every Palm Sunday I make one but they are no way as

And today Silly Saturday goes to Snowball. I thought it was perfect timing since yesterday was National Pet Day. When Snowball does silly things, Alexandra likes to add voice to the videos. I don’t know who is sillier, Snowball or Alex. This box had been filled to the top with packing paper and Snowball crawled in it. Alex stood the box up and that’s when they both started be silly. This video is more funny than silly or maybe it’s just that Snowball is smart. When he finishes his ice

Today is Friday Story Time by Lia, it is National Pet Day and it’s also close to Snowball’s birthday! He will be 4 years old on Tuesday, April 15th. Pop, ma and me went to look at him and his brother on July 14, 2021. Ma’s friend was going to take one and I was taking the other. She told me to pick which one I wanted so as I was looking at them both Snowball looked at me and I knew I wanted him. On the way home I

The other day I wrote about my major reorganization of moving Lia’s Princess room upstairs to Zac old room. But that wasn’t the only room that got transformed. Reorganizing the downstairs room that was the Princess room was my next project and I had a day to do this before my daughter arrived. Since Lia’s Princess room was no longer downstairs, I now had an empty room. One of Chris’s dogs has many health issues and she wasn’t sure if Crimson would be able to make it upstairs each night

Today I’m sharing some Wordless Wednesday Flowers. Rich would always talk to his roses and they were so beautiful as they started to bud and then bloom. With the cold winter, our flowers got a late start but Rich is sending down messages because they are as beautiful as ever. The first picture is the first rose bud of the season. The night garden shot is my Mom’s Memory Garden that I worked on over the weekend to be ready for Mother’s Day. I hope you enjoyed my Wordless Wednesday
