I made a delicious meatloaf the other day but I can’t share the recipe. I’d love to share it but I never measure the ingredients! But I can tell you it has 2 eggs! I start with about half an onion, dice it then add the eggs and onion to about 2 1/2 pounds of ground beef. I shake some Italian bread crumbs in the mix and then a few sprinkles of seasoning mix.
