Today is Saturday, right? It seems I’ve lost a few day and trying to get back on track. It started on Wednesday with such a fun day but scary night. What a fun day hubby and I had with our granddaughter and great granddaughter on Wednesday. It started out at Tanger Outlets where Lia enjoys walking from store to store but always has to stop by the fountain to see the flowers. A trip to Tanger wouldn’t be complete without her deciding which ride-on to go on. Next stop was

Hi, this is Lia and it’s Friday Story Time with Lia The Baby Blogger! This is my story about No Sleep For Me. I’m growing up so fast and learning so many new things! Mommy said at 16 months old I’m really smart, I can say a few words and even put a them together for a tiny sentence. I’m a pro when it comes to feeding myself and I even feed my babies! When it comes to cuddling I’m the best. My only problem according to mommy is I

I was scrolling through my previous blogs when I came across one that brought back so many memories. I wrote it on January 14, 2016, four years ago today. Since January is a month of “mom” memories I decided to title this Throw Back Thursday with Mom. My mom was always there to lend a hand to anyone, she loved singing in the church choir and enjoyed her flower gardens. I remember a time she and my dad were passing a house with beautiful hosta plants in the front yard.

We have a Facebook friend who is an awesome photographer and most of her shots are from around Cade’s Cove in Eastern Tennessee. My hubby and I have visited the Cove many times and it’s like a wildlife preserve with the animals just meanering though the fields and woods. Faye loves taking pictures of the bear families, she even gave them names! When it gets ready to close the Cove area due to snow, she will post how she will miss her bears but come spring she will be right

I like to check the National Calendar days and when I saw today is Dress Up Your Pet Day, it brought back memories. Our toy poodle joined our family in 2002 when he was about 4 months old. At that time our granddaughter was 6 years old and she always called Marty “her puppy.” She would love to dress him up in a little shirt and top hat and snuggle with Marty while reading him a book. Funny thing is, Marty looked like he was actually listening to Alexandra reading!
