Our community had a few drive through Christmas light shows and the displays were beautiful! One show had a “Music Land” area and it was awesome as the twinkling lights were syncronized to the radio channel. The piano, the trumpet, and guitar were a few of the instruments made of lights with the keys and strings flashing to the beat. I came up with a quick and easy recipe for glazed carrots and they are delicious! I am now on a cabbage kick! I have always liked boiled cabbage, corn beef and cabbage and cabbage salad.
