It’s March 31st, the LAST DAY of the Cornerstone Content Blog Challenge! While this is the first challenge I didn’t write a blog everyday, I did post a good number of them so I’m happy with my results and stats that I have acheived. I’ve been creating new healthy meals and today I’m sharing two of my delicious dinner salads. I purchased a head of cauliflower and broccoli that started my creations. Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad I set out the ingredients and with the help from Lia we started making our broccoli and cauliflower salad! After cutting the cauliflower florets in pieces I washed them and put them aside. Next I cut the broccoli florets into small pieces and steamed it for about 5 minutes.
