The meaning of that’s a wrap is used when something is finished. Yesterday Alexandra and I wanted a lite dinner so we had tortilla wraps. They were quick, easy to make and delicious, not to mention very economical.

Hope you enjoy my pictorial recipes!

Ham & Turkey Wrap

Alex made hers to perfection, starting with the flour tortilla and adding lettuce, tomatoes and purple onions.

She starts with Zesty robust Italian salad dressing but adds her own secret ingredients to it. Then sprinkles some grated parmesan cheese over the top.

The next to go on is lunch meet, Alex used ham and turkey for her wrap and topped it off with provolone cheese.

Alexandra wrapped her tortilla like a baby in a blanket and had a delicious dinner!

BLT Wrap

I wanted a BLT and I decided to make it a wrap also. Mine is not as eye appealing as Alex but it was delicious! I started with a lettuce leave on the tortilla then added local home grown tomatoes. Next I added the bacon. I was ready to wrap it up but decided to added some shredded cheddar cheese first. I covered my ingredients up like a blanket and had a delicious bacon, lettuce, tomato with cheese tortilla wrap.

Steak Wrap

After I published my It’s a Wrap blog, I made dinner and guess what I made? A steak with onions and cheese and it was delicious! I think I am hooked on tortillas for all kinds of wraps.

So there you have it, two (now it’s three) delicious wraps to chose from! That’s it, a short blog with delicious meals and that’s a wrap for today!

Lia’s Wrap

But wait! Lia had to get in the picture with her wrap! She was eating ham and turkey on a plate but wanted a tortilla also. As she was munching on it, she decided to make her own little turkey tortilla wrap! So that’s a wrap on our wraps!

    Those look so good.

  3. Hi Martha, Lia, and Alex, nice way to make everyone happy at dinner, having separate wraps to make your tastebuds dance. I like how Alex has special additions to her dressing with a special bottle and her name on it. All the wraps looked delicious. My favorite would probably be the BLT, those are my go-to sandwich no matter the carb it is in between or on (like burgers and pizzas). Thank you for sharing. Sending lots of love and gratitude.
