Last week pop and ma took me to Alligator Adventure and today we went to Huntington Beach SC State Park for Wordless Wednesday. We’re going on a few staycations while mommy is visiting her brother and sister in Indiana. She sure is missing some good times! I love cauliflower and last week Publix had huge heads of cauliflower on sale for $1.68 so I grabbed one. I made a cauliflower and squash casserole that was enough for three meals for me! The third meal I added some broccoli to stretch it a bit but all the meals were so good! I only used a little over half the head and planned to make a salad from the other part. For the past 15 months I have participated and completed 13 blog challenges plus a De-Stress your Mess Challenge this past January. I love challenges but for the month of July I’m taking a break.
