I was playing with food again and came up with the most delicious baked broccoli & cauliflower dish! But that’s not the only ingredients, I added bacon, cheese, dried cranberries and slivered almonds. The cranberries gave it a delicious sweet taste! I started by adding 2 cups of broccoli and cauliflower to a mixing bowl. Next I crumbled 3 strips of bacon and added that along with 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of milk and 1 egg, well beaten. Mix all these

When we take our little get away to the Great Smoky Mountains one of our favorite spots is driving through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park to a hidden gem about 24 miles off Rt. 441 which is the main road between Cherokee North Carolina and Gatlinburg Tennessee. The 24 mile road to the Cove is a narrow, winding road right on the edge of the river with a great place to view some waterfalls.
