The other day I made a cauliflower casserole and I had half the head left for another meal. What do you do with half a head of cauliflower, half a yellow squash, a few stripes of bacon and some shredded cheese? We didn’t have a recipe but Lia and I came up with the most delicious cauliflower and squash recipe for dinner! Lia started by breaking the cauliflower in pieces and next we cut up the squash. I only used half because I knew hubby would want regular sautéed squash.
