I love cauliflower and when Publix had it on sale for $1.68 a head and grabbed some. I also had some home grown summer squash so I was ready to prepare a meal of cauliflower and squash but I didn’t have any idea what to make. I didn’t have a recipe but as I added ingredients I took pictures so I could remember how I made it! I started by cutting the cauliflower florets in pieces and cutting the squash in chunks and steamed about half of the cauliflower for

The meaning of that’s a wrap is used when something is finished. Yesterday Alexandra and I wanted a lite dinner so we had tortilla wraps. They were quick, easy to make and delicious, not to mention very economical. Hope you enjoy my pictorial recipes! Ham & Turkey Wrap Alex made hers to perfection, starting with the flour tortilla and adding lettuce, tomatoes and purple onions. She starts with Zesty robust Italian salad dressing but adds her own secret ingredients to it. Then sprinkles some grated parmesan cheese over the top.

More on that for her Friday Story Time by Lia but look at her pepper faces she made with the scraps. Lia made happy, sad and angry faces, her imagination is endless. I wonder what she will be doing next. Hope you had a laugh with Lia’s pepper faces for Wordless Wednesday with lots of words!
