The sun is so bright It shines away the night. Slowly it rises To all different sizes. The sun is up high Way up in the sky. A new day begins As the sun starts to spin. It’s Day 3 of the UBC and so far the month isn’t going as planned. I have a frozen shoulder which gave me upper back pain along with a headache. It’s been bothering me for about 6 weeks but I usually work through pain. When I broke down and went to the Orthopedic doctor he sternly told me not to force my arm farther than I could move it without pain.
