2017 January Ultimate Blog Challenge
I started my blog two years ago and although I was doing fairly well on my posts, I was lacking views and comments. I wasn’t sure where or how to get my content out other than on my wall. Well I happened to stumble on the Ultimate Blog Challenge last January and the rest is history! The challenge is the first month of every quarter – January, April, July, and October to write a daily blog. I had never done a Blog Challenge but was very excited to take part. I completed each quarter and I was so excited to see my stats on both my views and comments jump drastically! Now I’m excited to take part in the 2017 January Ultimate Blog Challenge!
I met so many great bloggers last year and have continued to stay in contact with many. I usually have many ideas to write but I like the daily email from the host, Paul Taubman where he gives blog hints and ideas plus even has a topic of the day. Last year I did a mix, some I used my own ideas or had one written and ready to post only to save it because the daily topic was interesting.

Yes, I’m doing the UBC again. I’ve participated several times; sometimes I make it posting every day of that month, other times I haven’t. But it’s always a good experience, and like you said, you meet a lot of new bloggers and find new blogs to follow and bookmark.
