Sold On Customer Service

There is more to reviewing than just the product. I purchased a chain for my hubby and I was not only impressed with the product, but I was sold on the awesome customer service that I received.

The first thing I want to say is WOW what a beautiful chain! I have been shopping for a gold chain that wouldn’t tarnish for my husband’s Italian horn. The 2 cm is the perfect diameter and the chain could pass for genuine gold!  I am very pleased with the quality of the golf chain 24K overlay rope chain and the heavy duty lobster clasp.

Unfortunately I thought the 22″ would be perfect but after receiving it, I realized the 20″ would be better. I emailed the seller and received an almost instant reply on how to exchange it.  I was told to send it with tracking so I  priority mailed it out on Wednesday and it was received on Friday.  When checking my email on Monday, I had one from the seller letting me know the chain had been received and the new size was being shipped and to except it in five to seven days.  Was I surprised when the replacement chain was delivered on Tuesday, just ONE DAY after it was shipped!

It’s the perfect length and I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I received from Lifetime Jewelry.  They responded to my email immediately and handled the entire exchange quickly and flawlessly, just like their jewelry.  So while some people look at reviews on just a product, I went a step further to tip my hat to the excellent customer service I received from this company.

    Good customer service is everything! On more than one occasion we have walked out of a restaurant after sitting for several minutes and being ignored. If we do that we never go back.
