Sending a Love Note on Wordless Wednesday
There are times I need to go to the beach and have my quiet time. I took these time lapse photos of sending a love note on Wordless Wednesday the other day. As the waves came in, they got closer to my love note and after they carried it out to sea, all there was left was a slight outline.

Rich always wrote me little love notes with a rose, now it’s my turn to send little love notes to him.

Such a beautiful demonstration of love. We readers see the specialness in the love between you and Rich, thank you for sharing your heart with us.
Thanks Kimberly, I sometimes wonder if I overdo my memories but then I have so many to share. Rich and I had such a special love for 59 years.
I love the fact that you live close to a beach and get to write love notes to Rich in the sand. The sound of the waves has something so calming, so I hope you were able to relax and leave a little lighter.
I feel so relaxed when I’m just standing on the shore watching the waves hit the sand. Sometimes I don’t even hear them, I’m in so much of a daze looking at the beauty around me. I have send quite a few love nights out to see Tamara and each one brings me more peace.
How beautiful, Martha. I love that you take action based on your feelings and your actions speak for them so well. I knew before I read everything that you were speaking to Rich. God bless you.
Thanks for your kinds words Cindy. I don’t have set times when I go to the ocean, it’s like someone or something is calling me there. I love writing the love notes, I gives me a sense of peace after it’s gone.
What a lovely practice and Love Note!
I lived at the Oregon coast for a couple of years in the 90s, and loved doing a Cherokee dance to the directions on the beach!
Similar to my Qigong/ Tai Chi practice, the area i move in is small, so I’d often scribe a circle ~ arms width for the practice. If warm enough, I sat in the center afterwards, and placed rocks and shells around me 💕
Osda – it is good!
That sounds so beautiful and peaceful Nadya. Thanks for sharing this with me.
Beautiful.
Thanks Patricia, my heart is heavy when I go but much lighter and at peace when I leave.
