Photo Caption Winners

Last week I used the suggested blog topic to Caption this Photograph contest. I want to thank everyone who came up with a caption for this adorable photo of Lia and Snowball when she had just picked him out as her puppy. Lia was almost 3 years old and Snowball was 3 months old. When their eyes met, it was love at first sight.

Judging

I had two friends who volunteered to be judges and they had their work cut out for them with all these awesome captions! They told me it was so hard because all the captions fit the photo perfectly!

They started by each choosing two captions and was going to then narrow it down.

One judge picked Pure Love and Angel Whispers and Kisses.

The other judge picked Sunshine Love and Pure Love

The judges were at a standstill trying to narrow it down to just one but they couldn’t! So they came up with PURE LOVE as the winner and a tie for SUNSHINE LOVE and ANGEL WHISPERS AND KISSES for second place.

Their reasonings were because both Lia and Snowball showed pure love in the photo. They also said Lia is full of sunshine and love for not just Snowball but everyone. The reasoning for Angel Whispers and Kisses was Lia is an earth Angel and she was sending whispers and kisses to Snowball.

I want to thank Linda and Judy for taking on this no so easy task to choose a winner!

I also want to thank everyone who came up with a caption, I think they are all winners! So I’m sending a variety of big high fives from Lia and me to everyone who helped make this contest fun!

I have so much fun with Paul’s suggested topics, especially this one. Can you believe we are about half way through the January Ultimate Blog Challenge? My how time flies when we’re having fun!!
