Can you guess what I did over the weekend? I reorganized my countertops and cupboards AGAIN!! Back in April I posted a blog about my rearranging the kitchen countertops. I liked how I arranged the countertop appliances…or so I thought. In October I moved things around again. I moved the mixer next to the toaster oven and lined up all the Ninja appliances next to each other on the opposite side. YES! Today is Spiritual Sunday in the Clouds and I love to look at them and see God’s beauty. Back in 2000 I got to visit the Angels in the clouds. This picture of the clouds reminds me of the outline close to the shape of the United States. The single shape on the top left of “the map” is similar to the state of Virginia. That is where our daughter lives. What this means to me is that God is watching over everyone and especially our daughter. This picture says
January 20, 2006, 18 years ago today that my dad went home to mom. He missed her so much since she had passed away on January 15, 2000. Mom and dad were married on October 26, 1943 and they were inseparable for over 56 years. Dad couldn’t live without the love of his live and when he went in the hospital with aspirating pneumonia, he passed away a few days later. I love and miss my dad and mom but I know they are living their life together again and

Today I’m sharing a few meals that are quick and easy to make. I think I should open a short order diner since Rich and I have different tastes and I usually make two different meals!
