It’s so heartbreaking to see the devastation throughout the western part of South and North Carolina caused from Hurricane Helene. What use to be peaceful rivers have now flooded towns with homes and people being swept away. I can’t imagine what the families are going through. So today I’m sharing pictures before the devastation for Wordless Wednesday and praying that the quaint little towns will be able to rebuild and thrive once more. Today I should be celebrating Rich’s 78th birthday with him but instead I’m sharing memories and photos since it’s also Wordless Wednesday.
