It’s Friday Story Time by Lia again and I’ve had such a busy week in South Carolina. I’ve been baking cookies but the other day I made a chocolate cake with raspberry frosting and loaded with chocolate frosting in the middle. I made the chocolate cake from a package but instead of adding water, I added some chocolate coffee creamer to the mix. Once again I baked it on the oven Air Fryer setting and it turned out so moist. Since today is Throwback Thursday I thought I would share a bit of humor. We had our kitchen remodeled in 2019 and today on this date we had our new stove delivered. It was a Samsung that I almost had to go back to school to learn how to operate it because it has so many settings. Last week I was looking out my kitchen window and mentioned to my granddaughter that I was hoping to see a butterfly on our butterfly bush. I planted it a few months ago and it has grown so much and is loaded with bright purple flowers. Not even five minutes later this beautiful yellow Swallow Tail landed on one of the flowers. I recently visited my daughter and son-in-law in Virginia and every time I go up there she has all kinds of goodies in my room. This time she had the mother load all set up to welcome me.
