It’s Friday Story Time by Lia and look at the cute apron and chef hat I received from Dapper and Doll. Since I LOVE to bake I will wear it a lot. I love the pretty blue color and it even has a big pocket across the front of the apron. It has a strap that goes around the neck and can be easily adjusted with a plastic buckle. Mama put the strap on the opposite way so the extra fabric length is on the inside of the apron and
Today is Day 5 of this challenge and the color of the day is YELLOW. Yellow is such a happy color, when the sun shines or sets it glistens against the sky. We enjoy watching the sunrise and the sunset. This first picture was taken as the sun was rising over the ocean in North Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The other one was taken as the sunset at Saratoga Lake in upstate New York. I didn’t realized how the reflection was right between the ducks as they were passing by.
For day 4 the color of the day is blue. This was so easy since Lia just received a beautiful blue apron and chef hat. But wait until you see my other blue day items! How’s this for color of the day is blue! There are so many shades of blue but this is such a happy shade! Lia received this apron and chef hat from a new company and she will be writing a review on it for her Friday Story Time! Since Lia loves butterflies I embroidered one
Are you ready to join in exercising with Lia for Wordless Wednesday? She starts out by clearing her mind then has some stretches with leg extensions, knee raises and of course stair walking. The color of the day is Orange for day 3 of this challenge. What do you think of when you hear orange? I don’t have pictures but the first thing that came to mind was all the snacks that my grandkids had when they “worked” at our shop with hubby and me starting way back in the late 1990’s. They would munch on orange peanut butter and cheese crackers and orange goldfish crackers too while sipping on Sunny-D orange drink. As for me, I love Chester’s Puffcorn!! Alexandra and Zachary
