The other day I shared my blog about visiting my daughter in Manassas, Virginia for a few days to celebrate her and my son-in-law’s 8th wedding anniversary. I had made a Gift Book for them and they loved it. The drive to their house is about 7 hours from me and this was actually the first stop of two trips. Yesterday it was a beach morning with Snowball so I thought since it’s Wordless Wednesday it would be a perfect day to share some photos of some of the things we found and saw. I had seen an advertisement for a Christmas gift book idea and decided to check it out. They had between 6 and 10 pages all with different messages as to what they were for. One was a movie time, low on cash, food on the go, time to shop and other ideas. Then on each page you would add either cash or a gift card. I though it was very clever. Last Wednesday for my Wordless Wednesday blog, I shared some photos I took of the different stages of the Monarch butterfly on my milkweed. It was amazing to watch a tiny egg transform into such a beautiful butterfly. Last June I purchased four milkweed plants, the host plant for Monarch butterflies. My Spiritual Sunday Blessings blog is a bit different today. My 82 year old neighbor was in the hospital for about three weeks in August and he has the sweetest dog that he rescued from a no kill shelter when she was 6 weeks old, DeDe is now 6 years old. DeDe has been such a blessing for him. His wife passed away 10 years ago and their dog passed away a few years later. DeDe and him needed each other. When he was taken to the hospital I brought
