Back in July 2018 I was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Instead of taking prescription medication I went on my own healthy eating plan. When we went to the mountains last week we saw beautiful autumn nature sites. A Facebook friend of Lia’s and mine shared this recipe on her a post and we had a baking day to make this delicious cinnamon swirl bread.
