For the past 15 months I have participated and completed 13 blog challenges plus a De-Stress your Mess Challenge this past January. I love challenges but for the month of July I’m taking a break. I love cauliflower and when Publix had it on sale for $1.68 a head and grabbed some. I also had some home grown summer squash so I was ready to prepare a meal of cauliflower and squash but I didn’t have any idea what to make. I didn’t have a recipe but as I added ingredients I took pictures so I could remember how I made it!
