It’s Wordless Wednesday and look what a day makes! Saturday we had a snow and ice storm and Monday the roses were blooming! It went from ice to roses! Do you throw away muffins when they get stale? I came up with a way to turn hard, stale muffins into muffin cereal! Last week I wrote about the great deals we got when I recieved a free year’s Costco membership from Uber. They have gigantic muffins for $7.99 a dozen, sold in half dozen packages! Look at the size of these muffins, they are so huge! When I buy in quantity I like freeze them in individual freezer bags so we can have “fresh” muffins just by warming them
The January UBC is over and I just completed my 25th consecutive Ultimate Blog Challenge!
