When cooking, a good knife is essential for preparing your meal.  I am so impressed with the Ozeri Stainless Steel Knife Set that had four slotted blade knives plus a sturdy wooden knife case.  The top corner of the case even has a built-in knife sharpener to keep the blades sharp.

 

My favorite thing about this knife set is they are a single-piece design so there is no rivets or screws to hold a handle on.  The elegant satin finish is designed to not tarnish, stain or rust.  The blades are handcrafted of ultra-durable Japanese stainless steel with heavy grade stainless steel handles. The set includes an 8″ CHEF KNIFE, an 8″ SLICING KNIFE, a 7″ SANTOKU KNIFE, and a 3 1/2″ UTILITY KNIFE.  The SANTOKU KNIFE is perfect for slicing, dicing and mincing.

 

 

These are the first knives I’d tried with slotted blades and I like the way they enhance the cutting, whether it be frozen meat, cooked meat or vegetables.   With the ergonomic hollow handles, they offer stability and control while cutting.

 

My biggest challenge when I get new knives is where to store them so they will be protected.  I don’t have that problem with the Ozeri stainless steel knife set because they come with an elegant wooden knife case with cut outs for each knife to rest.  There is no worry about accidentally getting cut when the knives have a safe place to be stored.

 

But that’s not all, in the top left corner, there is a built-in knife sharpener!  I’m able to keep the blades sharp and ready for preparing delicious meals.

 

 

I have many Ozeri products and all are top quality.
