Mar-C’s Interior Decorating has be decorating homes, condos and businesses for almost 50 years. Our shop has been located in North Myrtle Beach since 1994 and we have an on site workroom where we fabricate the window treatments, bed and bath treatments and tons of pillows. We don’t advertise commercially, our clients are from word of mouth, referrals or repeat business.
Last year we were nominated and thanks to all those that voted for us, we won The Grand Strand Happening Magazine list for 2015 Best Designer/Decorator.
We are a one stop store for your decorating needs: Design, Measure, Fabricate, Install.
If you have ideas, that’s fine, if you need ideas, we have many. We carry fabrics, beautiful trimmings, drapery hardware plus blinds and shades.
We work with you to make your home comfortable and beautiful. We don’t tell you what you need, we advise you on what will look the best. Our clients become our family and if they don’t live in the area, many stop in to say hi when vacationing.
We even decorating elephants to coordinate with the bedding!
This beautiful home has color-blocked faux silk draperies in each room. I love the red accent on the tray ceiling in the master bedroom ad the colors in the eating area match the client’s plates and napkins perfectly!

Hi Martha circa: 1991 Niskayuna NY you created the MOST amazing nursery for our son Michael, born 2/2/91! We now live in NJ and prob 10 yrs ago created cornices and mailed them to us in NJ!! Our son Michael now 27 lives and works in San Francisco, have another son Matt 25 and our sweet daughter Colleen 23. Hi Mary Jane, I remember the nursery, wasn’t it a wide blue and white stripe? I’m sure I still have photos of that in my albums which I will never get rid of! Wow, time flies by, it’s been 10 years since we shipped the cornices? If my memory serves me right, they were for a playroom or rec room? We are still going non-stop with work, Rich just had a hip replacement last week but while he’s moving a bit slow, he is doing well considering. We are awaiting our 5th GREAT grandbaby come August, that will be exciting. I’m glad you stumbled onto my blog and thanks for commenting to bring back memories!! Hugs to you and your family!!
