The Green Earth Wok by Ozeri is my second Ozeri product and although I’ve only had it about a week, I have used it every day. I sprayed a small amount of olive oil in the bottom of the heated up wok then added my vegetables.

I used a wooden utensil while stirring and I had no problem with the vegetables sticking or scratching the wok. I like how quick the vegetables cooked and there was no sticking to the pan.  The ceramic non-stick coating made from heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum has no harmful metals or chemicals plus it doesn’t put out harmful fumes.

With the magnetized bottom on the Ozeri wok, you get rapid heat transfer on induction stoves.  This 12″ wok has a very comfortable handle and it’s even oven safe.  You have the option to hang this wok from the slot in the handle to store it.

Ozeri pans come with a felt protector to put in the pan bottom to protect the pan against scratches while storing in the cupboard. I put the protector in bottom, then put another pan on top and it’s safe to stack together.

Clean up is a breeze, nothing has ever stuck in this wok.  I use a small amount of dish detergent with a soft cloth and it looks like new after cleaning.  I am pleased with the quality and construction of this wok by Ozeri and I like how they are green in color for Green Earth!  I received this product in exchange for my honest review and all opinions are my own.  You can also read my review on the 12″ Green Earth Fry Pan which is another great Ozeri product.

This is such a great product Nancy! It’s easy to clean and I like the felt liners that come with all their pans. Thanks for stopping by my kitchen.
