Where did the month go? When I started the challenge, I thought I might have problems writing a blog everyday since I was going  out-of-town the last week of July to renew our vows for our 50th Wedding Anniversary.  But I did it, I wrote 31 blogs and had a GREAT JULY 2017 ULTIMATE BLOG CHALLENGE! But it wasn’t great just for completing my 7th Ultimate Blog Challenge in a row, it was also for re-connecting to previous bloggers plus meeting some great new bloggers!

I’m excited to watch my stats during a challenge month because I have so many more reading and sharing my blogs.  My stats went up and I will post the ending total after today is done but I couldn’t have had such a jump in stats without those reading, commenting and sharing my blog posts.

Along with writing my blogs, I came across a terrific blog hop, THURSDAY TREE LOVE where bloggers post a photograph of a special tree they have passed by.  It’s so much fun and another way to increase blogger friends.   If you are interested in joining, check out my first Tree Love blog, and click the link at the end to join in.

But the most exciting part of the month was when my granddaughter joined in with me and is writing her own blogs. She has set her personal goal to write one blog a week but I’m sure that will increase. If you haven’t read any of Alex Articles yet, you will want to check out her very informative one,

As the great 2017 Ultimate Blog Challenge ends, I would like to thank the hosts, Paul and Danni for doing yet another terrific job at sending out daily emails with suggested topics and keeping everything running smooth.  Don’t forget, October isn’t that far away, be sure to sign up for the next challenge!

On normal months I write at least 2 – 3 blogs a week but during the challenge it reinforces that. The challenges are great because I can reconnect to those that don’t always post often. Thanks for visiting Roy!

Thanks Ruthanne! I found the UBC January 2016 and love it. I always post at least a few times a week when no challenge, but something and me and a challenge, I’m always up to it!

I am glad I found you also Glenda! I have so much enjoyed reading your blogs and especially about Charlie. The Tree Love would be great for Charlie, he could hike around and snap some great trees! There is another Friday blog hop about cloud photos. I have to find the link to it from Alana’s blog and I’ll message it to you! Congrats on completing the challenge and looking forward to reading more of your blogs.
