Fun Day but Scary Night

Today is Saturday, right? It seems I’ve lost a few day and trying to get back on track. It started on Wednesday with such a fun day but scary night.

What a fun day hubby and I had with our granddaughter and great granddaughter on Wednesday. It started out at Tanger Outlets where Lia enjoys walking from store to store but always has to stop by the fountain to see the flowers.

A trip to Tanger wouldn’t be complete without her deciding which ride-on to go on.

Next stop was KFC for lunch then on to do some grocery shopping where my granddaughter surprised us with some yummy desserts.

Finally it was time to take them home, Lia helped mommy put the groceries away and hubby and I headed to our house. It was about 8:00pm when I decided to have a brownie with a glass of milk. This is where I almost titled my blog “Was it the Chircken or Chocolate?”

Not long after I ate a chocolate frosted brownie, I started getting dizzy and clammy skin. I knew what was coming next, I was going to pass out. I tried to shrug it off but when I get this feeling there is no turning back the time. The room was spinning I was throwing up and everything wsa in a fog. After a few hours of this hubby hauled me of the to ER. I’ve had this feeling before when my blood sugar level drops but this time my BP and sugar were slightly elevated. After a few IV’s we got home around 1:00AM,

I slept through the night and woke up expecting to go our our scheduled appointment with a wonderful client. Hubby had other ideas since I was still not up to my normal self. I slept most of Thursday, my pulse beating throughout my body.

Sometime around midnight I woke up, the spinning and pulse beating had finally stopped expect my head was about to explode with a pounding headache. I don’t know if this was a way of working everything out through my head but finally by morning my headache subsided and I was actually feeling like a human again.

Friday and Saturday have been do nothing days, just relaxing with hubby and Nurse Lia. I don’t konw if what happened was caused from a combination of the fried chicken sandwich and 1ish and the brownie at 8ish but what ever caused it I hope it stays away for a long time.

Did I miss it? What was the cause? Too much sugar?!?!

Well at first I thought it was the sugar Roy but then it looked more like the problems I had a few weeks prior from some pinched nerves in my back. It was scary but I’m back and I didn’t even miss a blog post, that was the most important thing to me. LOL

Wow. That’s super scary. Is it an allergy of some kind?

I’m sorry you got sick. I hope you feel better soon. 🙂
