Ceramic Knife Set

What a great looking and comfortable to hold ceramic knife set.  The blades are so sharp, I suggest you use caution when cutting with them.  They cut through vegetables or meat like butter.  But even before I used the knives I was impressed with the care Ozeri took when packaging them for safety.

The case is line with foam with cut outs of the size for each knife.  Each knife has a plastic sleeve over the blade then another piece of foam cut the size of the blade.  Orezi took safety to heart in this beautiful set of knives.   The black handle with the stainless end is ergonomically balanced and very comfortable when I use them.  The ceramic blades are razor sharp and and they will not corrode or rust.  I am very careful when using the ceramic knife set, I wash and dry immediately when finished using them as a safety precaution to keep from accidentally getting cut if in the dish washing water.

The set consists of a 3″ paring knife, a 5″ slicing knife, and a 6″ chef knife.   I used the slicing knife to cut and chop onions and it went through the onion so easily.

When I cut a grilled steak with the chef’s knife, that too was like cutting through butter!

The black handle gives the Elite Chef ceramic knife set such a high quality look and feel plus they weigh much less than metal knives.  A word of warning, these ceramic knives are VERY sharp and should be handled with care and put away as soon as done cutting and especially keep away from young children.  I am very pleased with the quality, construction, the comfort when using these knives and the beautiful look of them.  The Ozeri Elite Chef Ceramic Knife Set would make a wonderful wedding gift or housewarming present.   I received this set of knives in exchange for my honest review and like the other Ozeri products I have, this opinions are my own.
