I love to grill year round and I’m always looking for new ideas and recipes.  With the Cave Tools stainless steel smoker box , I like to add hickory chips for a delicious aroma to the meat.

 

The large “V” shaped smoker box has plenty of room to add chips to each end of the box and it even comes with a removable stainless steel water reservoir for a deeper taste.  I like how the “V” shape fits between the burner bars on my gas grill and because the stainless steel is 25% thicker than others, it doesn’t warp.  Plus the stainless steel has an awesome finish, it looks like a mirror with such a shine! With the hinged lid, it’s easy to have access to the box to check the water level.   There is no chance of having the wood chips burn because there are no holes in the bottom of the smoker box to catch on fire. The holes on top allow the chips to smoke and the aroma flavors what I am grilling.  It’s easy to prepare your smoker box, just add dry wood to the box plus put water in the reservoir for thicker smoke.  I let it heat up for about 5 to 10 minutes before placing the meat on the grates to start smoking.  I love Cave Tools and this stainless steel smoker box is just another one of their terrific products.
