Do you know what 713 is? Well for on thing it’s the date, 7/13 and for another is a prime number which means it cannot be divided by any number other than itself and one. Now before you think I know my math, think again, I got this from Paul T, the founder of the Ultimate Blog Challenge. But getting back to the challenge, the blog topic for today is “What my favorite number is and why”
My favorite number is 7 because we have 7 grandchildren, so that’s a no brainer! From 28 years to 12 years, I love how each one of the grandchildren have their own personality and each are so unique in their own ways.
I also have always considered 13 my lucky number but I have now idea why. Maybe because most people think this number is unlucky and I’m always for the underdog! LOL Did you know that many hotels will leave the 13th floor off? On the elevator it goes from 12 to 14 on many of the condos in Myrtle Beach.
But thinking deeper, we have 3 GREAT grandchildren with 1 on the way in October so that could be the 13! I also like to think outside the box and coming up with 13 this way was definitely out of the box! Of course gramma’s get bragging rights and I think I have to most adorable GREAT grandbabies! The baby due in October is a little boy so we will have 3 great grandsons and 1 great granddaughter who will definitely be the Princess.
I think it’s quite ironic that today’s date of 7/13 is also both of my special numbers. Do you have a special or favorite number? If you do, please share it with why it’s special in the comments!

I don’t think I do have a special number but in general, I prefer odd numbers to even ones, though I don’t know why. Maybe because I am an oddball! Your grands & great-grands are adorable. I can’t get over how one was wearing a vest & tie that matches his lip color. And it’s beautiful. I would never try to match my own lip color, no way. Anyway, I always love visiting your blog to swim around in the love you have for your family!
I guess I must be an oddball too Jeanine since I prefer odd numbers. Logan is the handsome little dude in the vest and I didn’t even notice his lips! Both his outfit and his little sister’s dress were review items and they were my super models. Thanks for swimming around and I you already know I love to brag on my grands and great grands!
