100,000 Milestone
I started The Martha Review on December 25, 2014 with the help of my grandson. When I first started blogging, I was mainly writing product review blogs but once I get into it, my categories grew into many different lifestyle categories. I was on his shared hosting until April 30, 2016 when he moved my blog to my own domain and hosting. I have been learning as I go and am enjoying adding more and more categories and writing about so many different topics.
Since this is an Ultimate Blog Challenge month, I like to track my stats because of the higher traffic I receive on challenge months. When the April challenge started, I had 99,398 views since when I started my new blog hosting on April 30, 2016. I thought wouldn’t it be cool it hit 100,000 during a challenge month since so many challenge bloggers actually helped me reach where I am today. This past Tuesday around 11 AM I was checking my stats again and I needed 23 more views to reach my milestone! I was so excited and was hoping to be able to get a screenshot when it hit the big number. I was checking every 20 minutes or so and just before 12:30, I had 99,999!
You would have thought I was hitting a jackpot because I was watching my stats constantly. I hit the 100,000 mark and was able to get a screenshot of it, I was so excited! But I didn’t do this on my own, it was my readers that got me to where I am today on both my writings and stats! So a big thank you to all of you who view, like, comment and share my blogs to help me reach my milestone. I’m kinda proud to get to the 100,000 milestone views in just shy of three years!
