  1. I think that top picture is manipulated, Martha. The others are stunning- but don’t appear as fake as that first one!

All the pictures were taken with my phone Roy, the top one was from 4 years ago and I went back and the others are the same intensity. I don’t edit them so not sure why all from this shooting came out so vivid. I enjoy watching the birds when we get a chance to see the ocean and it was a rare occasion when I was able to get pictures of the pelican. Thanks for visiting the ocean!

What beautiful, serene photographs! Thank you, Martha.

Thanks Alice, about the only time we visit the ocean (which is only a few miles from us) is when we are decorating a beach house or condo. It’s so peaceful and I love to watch the birds scurry around. Thanks for stopping by and putting your toes in the sand!

  3. I like to watch the birds around the ocean, too. It seems the seagulls like surfing even more than humans do.

It’s so relaxing to just watch the waves and the birds flying around Barbara. When someone is on the beach with bread, the seagulls flock like a scene from the Alfred Hitchcock movie, “The Birds”. LOL We don’t see many pelicans standing still so I was excited when I was able to snap a few pictures of them. Thanks for visiting the ocean!
