Yesterday my blogger friend Roy A wrote a blog about Tips for Healthy Living, including diet and water intake. I also picked a few more squash yesterday, two summer squash and one zucchini. We’re just about to the end of our summer pickings and will be planting soon for a fall harvest. I love sauteed or stir fried squash cooked in avocado oil but yesterday I came up with another delicious squash recipe to go along with Roy’s healthy diet. I have another Friday Story Time by Lia and look what happened a few weeks ago! See my two baby teeth, they are now gone! I noticed I had a loose tooth and day by day it kept wiggling more and more. Since I don’t usually eat much regular bread, I find alternatives for sandwiches. One way I like to make a sandwich is with a croissant. When at Sam’s Club I picked up a package of a dozen croissants and had fun coming up with different ways to use them. Some were just with butter, some were used as a dessert by adding a cream cheese with mini chocolate chips added and others were breakfast or lunch sandwiches.
