Chicken Salad Sandwich from Leftovers When you only have 2 chicken strips left, you might think there isn’t enough to do anything with. Well think again because I made a delicious chicken salad sandwich from leftovers. I cut the two strips in pieces and put in my blender with a cut up hard-boiled egg. Homeless My grandson from Lafayette, Indiana is at it again along with his sweetheart! He has taken it upon himself to purchase and/or get donations of blankets, gloves, jackets and other warm items for the homeless in the Lafayette area.
