How far can a meatloaf go? No this is not a joke, it’s about my four pound meatloaf and how many meals I got out of it! It’s so exciting to watch our small raised bed vegetable garden growing! We started planting on April 9th, just one month ago and we’ve already been picking lettuce for a week!
