Today my granddaughter Alexandra will be sharing some amazing photos she took while on a trip to the mountains of western North Carolina. Alex did some tricks with her phone to get these awesome shots! Come fall with Alex on Wordless Wednesday! Did you make it to the end of October UBC? I think the month flew by and I enjoyed checking in with “seasoned” UBCers and meeting new ones as well! Do you ever need a quick dinner and not sure what or how to prepare it? I’m sharing three of my 30 minute meals and besides being quick to make, they are easy and delicious.
