This Easter is one that we won’t be going to Mass to celebrate that Jesus Christ is risen today. The coronavirus took that away. But it can’t take away the love I have for Jesus and the blessings on Easter as we celebrate at home. One of my favorite songs is Jesus Christ is Risen Today and even though I can’t be at church singing it, I can sign along with the beautiful voices of King’s College Choir. It’s Day 11 already in the Ultimate Blog Challenge, we are 1/3 of the way through the month already! I’m going to follow the suggested topic today and write about desert time. It was asked what’s the best dessert you’ve ever eaten. Now that’s impossible for me to come up one ONE dessert! But here are a few of my favorites. My all time favorite is my grandmother’s Chocolate Cake with Mayonnaise. It is the most delicious, moist cake I’ve ever had and it always brings back memories of my
