My Biggest Challenge Update

Back in the April UBC I wrote about My Biggest Challenge which was working on my Swagbucks site to get 2 Million points by the time I’m 80 years old. I have six years to do this feat! My granddaughter calculated that from the number of points I had to the number I needed, I would have to earn at least 400 points per day or 12,000 points per month. That is equivalent to $120.00 in cash or gift cards when I cash out. As of the end of April I needed 783,214 points left to go!

So here’s an update on the past three months. April I earned 13,297 points, May it was 13,806 and June I earned a whopping 19,029 points! These screen shots are from June 28th and June 30th, my two largest daily points for June.

See the numbers under the Goal tabs? That’s how many bonus points I receive if making goal. I like to try for second goal because the points jump way up. I got 49 bonus points just for making both goals this day!

I’ve made at least first goal everyday since I’ve started keeping track of my biggest challenge in January and reached second goal many days. If you make goal every day of the month you get a bonus of 300 points plus the number of daily points for reach goals is tallied too. These points show up on the site the beginning of the following month and you have to click to claim them or you’ll lose them! I’ve never lost mine because I click it as soon as it shows up. My June bonus was 750 points!

We are now in July and with five days left I’ve already met my personal goal of at least 400 points per day. As of last night I had 12,828 points for the month of July. This is great for me since I basically had my daily amounts a bit lower while I was recuperating from my surgery. BUT I did make goal every day, even the day of my surgery!

Some times the points earned go into pending for any where from a few days to two months. But I kinda like this, I always have a stack of pending points that will be credited when the day comes. I was really shocked the other day when I qualified and completed a survey worth 2500 points, that’s $25.00! So in 55 days that will be added to my points.

This is the total of my lifetime points I’ve earned so far, I only need 720,545 more by the time I hit 80 years old! I’ve made 62,669 points since the end of April so I’m way over my personal daily goal. At this rate I may make the 2 Million mark by the time I’m 79!

The points can be converted to gift cards or Paypal. I’m averaging minimum $100.00 per month so it’s a great earning site for watching videos, doing surveys, earn by shopping, playing games and a whole lot more ways to earn! Check out Swagbucks site here! I’ll be back with another update to my biggest challenge ever at the next UBC in October!

  4. Very cool Martha! I like the idea of a very long term goal that you can see results every day! How much time does this take you every day? Have a great day! Cindy Rae

I usually completed my “to do list” from the site early morning and it takes maybe half an hour. If I can’t get a survey to credit I check through out the day until I got one. Then in the even while doing nothing or watching TV I check the site for a few more points. There are also two different video tabs so I can just leave them running and get points without being on the computer. I’ll be updating again next UBC!

I have Swagbucks but I haven’t been as diligent as you about earning points. I have earned some gift cards, but you are giving me some ideas. I might have to check it out again!

    Congratulations on your progress!

I really messed up by not thinking of this a few years ago Dominique. I would always make goal and end it for the day. But I’m on track now!

Wow! You’re really into this stuff and actually doing well with it. I may start doing this too. 🙂

  7. A most interesting goal!
