Mommy’s Mother’s Day Gift for Friday Story Time by Lia
I have had another busy but fun week. The best part of the week was making some gifts for mommy’s 2nd Mother’s Day. This is Mommy’s Mother’s Day Gift for Friday Story Time by Lia.
Last year GGmama helped me make a bouquet of flowers from my little handprints for mommy’s first mother’s day gift. Look how tiny I was a year ago! Here is my link to last year’s mothers’ day. http://themarthareview.com/lias-projects-for-mothers-day/
This year I drew my handprints on paper and added a heart shaped picture of mommy and me. I even learned how to trace around my own fingers! It will be fun for mommy to look back at my handprints as I get older. She can see how tiny hands grew into bigger hands!
Of course mommy loves my chocolate cookies so I got up early Sunday morning, pulled out my apron and told mama I was ready to bake cookies to surprise mommy.
When mommy and daddy got over to mama and papa’s house I was ready with my gifts for mommy. She was so surprised for her 2nd mother’s day!
I had fun making mommy’s gifts and I had fun writing my Friday Story Time blog and sharing them with you.
Next week I have an update garden story! Wait until you see how much it’s grown! Hope you all have a great week and see you next Friday!
Grandma just love your story Lia. Can’t wait for the next one.
Lia loves writing her stories and she loved making mommy her gift. She will be working on another one real soon Thelma!
What sweet gifts. Great job.
Lia loves doing crafts and as soon as I mention about painting she runs to get her craft shirt on! Thanks for visiting Amanda.
