First Born
There is something special about your First Born. Maybe it’s because it’s the first time of being a parent, learning as your baby grows and excited to see the different chapters in their lives from infant, toddler, watching them start school, becoming a teen, and graduating high school.
Then another chapter of your First Born is when they fall in love, start a new family and have their First Born and the cycle continues.
It was an exceptionally special day when we introduced our First Born, an adorable 9 pound, 2 ounce baby girl born on Christmas day in 1968. Special because she was born on Christmas and also special because hubby and I met on Christmas day in 1965.
Fast forward to 1987 when our First Born was becoming a mommy for the first time. Christine welcomed a beautiful baby boy into her family on October 29, 1987. “Little Chuckie” (as hubby and I still call him) weighed in at 10 pounds and he was our very first grand baby.
Fast forward again when CJ (aka Little Chuckie) and his gorgeous bride had a fairy tale wedding in August 2016. Their new life together began an exciting chapter. http://themarthareview.com/mr-and-mrs-was-established-august-28-2016/
Their fairy tale continued with another chapter on February 4, 2019 when CJ and Achelle welcomed their First Born into the world. A precious baby girl, Princess Aynsle weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and is the love of their lives. Aynsle is our 6th great grand baby and I have a feeling the little Princess will be spoiled by her mommy and daddy!
After pulling out CJ’s baby picture when he was leaving the hospital a few days after he was born, I noticed both he and Aynsle have to same expression on their lips! Too cute!
The cycle started in 1968 with the birth of our First Born, then in 1987 our First Born had her First Born, our FIRST grand baby. Then in 2019 our First Born Grand baby had his First Born which is our SIXTH Great Grand baby!
It’s been said that when a loved one leaves us, a new love will appear with a precious little one to restart the circle of life. My mother-in-law passed away a last month and now 22 days later, the circle of life continues with a precious new baby. Life is like a rose, it starts with a bud, turns into a beautiful flower then withers and dies. But not long after, another bud returns for the circle of life to begin again.
