April 2020 Challenge Stats

I like to keep track of the traffic on my blogs especially during the Ultimate Blog Challenge. I had a super month and I’m sharing my April 2020 Challenge Stats with you since it’s because of all of you that they are what the are!

I wrote a blog about my Half Way Point in April and was I surprised to see my total number of views was 2,191. That was way more than any other month at the half way point.

So now that the April challenge is over, I went back and checked the entire 30 days of the challenge. Was I surprised when I saw my total number of views from April 1st through April 31 was 4,403! That’s the second highs views I’ve had since I started my blog in December 2014! The number of views for April is 1,185 more than the January challenge month!

Even my average per day is the highest ever with 147 views per day. Of course like I mentioned in my blog I wrote about the half way point in April none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for my readers! So again, as I hang my Challenge Completed ribbon on my wall, I want to thank you all for helping me with my stats.

I was surprised when I checked the stats for the past twelve months, April was the best month I’ve had in a year.

My Blogs with the most views

The next step I took was to see what blogs had the most views and was I surprised to see the blog with the most views was My Easter Bunny Surprise! This was my great granddaughter Lia’s Friday Story Blog she wrote about the present she made for her mommy and daddy for Easter.

Coming in with the second highest views was Candid Shots for Wordless Wednesday, again it was Easter photos of Lia! Gosh, she’s taking over my blog!!!

Reversed Roles was a blog I wrote about how our granddaughter has reversed the roles and is taking care of our shopping since she won’t let us out do to the coronavirus. Alex is becoming our “mother!” This blog came in third highest in views.

I had a tie for fourth place with Writing Through the Soul Book Review and I Started My Garden. The book review is the first book of poetry published by a friend and follow blogger, I was so excited to see this in the top views of my blog. Once again Lia made the spotlight with her Friday Story Time blog about the start of her garden.

The last blog was only one view away from a triple tie with the two above. It was Funny Face I Love You for Wordless Wednesday where I posted some funny faces of Lia the baby blogger. Lia is such a little sweetheart and a bundle of love and smiles to everyone she meets.

So when the April Ultimate Blog Challenge was complete, I would say I had a terrific time and my stats were awesome……again because of YOU!!

Oh did you happen to notice that Lia stole the show??? She either wrote her Friday Story Time or was featured in the blogs I wrote and was tops in the first, second, fourth and fifth blog of the challenge!!! Why to go Lia, you are indeed a super special little one filled with so much love, smiles and compassion.

I’m looking forward to the July Ultimate Blog Challenge and I’m honing in my skills by participating in a May Song of the Day Challenge! As it’s said in the blogging world, blog on!!

I started my blog on Christmas Day 2014 mainly to review products I received. Since then it has evolved into many other categories of lifestyles, family, money saving ideas, low cost, delicious and healthy meals plus other surprise posts. My granddaughter has her own category, Alex's Articles and the latest addition to my blog is my great granddaughter now has her category, Lia's Likings The Baby Blogger! Lia started blogger at 8 months old and she now has a Friday Story Time blog you won't want to miss! I welcome you to join the conversation, ask a question, give a suggestion or leave a comment on any blog post. I hope you enjoy Lia's Likings, she has some great posts that will make you smile!
