Wordless Wednesday Garden Time Lapse
About five weeks ago hubby started to transform a corner full of weeds into a garden. Little did we know how much fun we would have finding things and transplanting flowers from around the yard into the new garden. This is my Wordless Wednesday Garden Time Lapse from the past five weeks.
Since Lia loves the outdoors, flowers, birds and butterflies, we call this garden Lia’s Reflection Garden and she enjoys seeing what’s new every time she visits us. We even added Lia’s Garden Cafe!
When we started the garden, I envisioned a few plants and of course an Angel just to brighten up the corner. I never pictured it becoming what it is in such a short time. It’s so peaceful to just sit and reflect.
I hope you enjoyed your visit to Lia’s Reflection Garden, a little piece of heaven for Wordless Wednesday Garden Time Lapse. Hopefully Lia will be able to have her little (and bigger) friends over soon for cookies at Lia’s Garden Cafe.
EDITED just after original post….. The fence has been stained a beautiful Autumn Brown and the shepherd hook bird feeder pole has a touch of pink now!
I am also writing blogs from the beginning of the garden to the changes it is been going through. This is Chapter 2, there is a link to the beginning of the garden in this blog: http://themarthareview.com/lias-reflection-garden-chapter-2/ It’s almost ready for Chapter 3 if Lia’s Reflection Garden!
Fantastic fun Gorgeous
You did a great job Rich, off course it wouldn’t have turned out the way it is without Lia’s help.
I love it Martha. You have such a beautiful garden. My favorite is the Lia’s cafe.
Thanks Brenda! Lia’s Cafe was another “afterthought.” Alexandra found the chairs and table online at Walmart and of course being pink it had Lia’s name on it! LOL The cafe idea came to me when Lia was sitting there eating her cookie. Can’t wait for her friends to stop by for a visit!
Such an amazing and inspiring transformation Martha!!! And Lia looks perfect in her spot..
Thanks Vidya, we are having such a great time transforming the corner into a garden and now Lia’s Cafe! We keep coming up with ideas!
Beautiful…I have Thoroughly enjoyed watching your flower garden Come to Life.
Thank you Nancy! How cool that you and I both shared our gardens for Wordless Wednesday. I love the wheelbarrow in your mom’s garden and happy to see you added the same stepping stones as Lia’s!
Your garden looks so cute.
We are having so much fun adding new things to the garden Amanda. Lia loves it too!
