Wordless Wednesday Flowers

Last week GGpapa and I went on a roadtrip to Indiana with Lia to get her up with her mom and visit with her uncle before mommy and Lia fly back home. Once we arrived my eyes went to flowers! So these are a few Wordless Wednesday Flowers but I do have to add words though!

Even when traveling my sweeting finds a flower for us. These are flowers from the Trumpet Vine, they attract hummingbirds and butterflies.

I didn’t realize our grandson had Naked Ladies in his yard! There real name is Amaryllis Belladonna and they have fragrant light-pink flowers that appear in mid-August, when the green foliage dies they are given the common name of “Naked Ladies.”  Zac was surprised when I told him about the naked ladies in his yard. LOL

But at his shop he has beautiful flowers blooming from the Hosta. I didn’t realize there were over 50 varieties of Hosta plants! This one is the fragrant Royal Standard.

So there you have not only Wordless Wednesday Flowers for information on each one! Remember to take time to stop and smell the flowers!

I started my blog on Christmas Day 2014 mainly to review products I received. Since then it has evolved into many other categories of lifestyles, family, money saving ideas, low cost, delicious and healthy meals plus other surprise posts. My granddaughter has her own category, Alex's Articles and the latest addition to my blog is my great granddaughter now has her category, Lia's Likings The Baby Blogger! Lia started blogger at 8 months old and she now has a Friday Story Time blog you won't want to miss! I welcome you to join the conversation, ask a question, give a suggestion or leave a comment on any blog post. I hope you enjoy Lia's Likings, she has some great posts that will make you smile!
