Wordless Wednesday Coastlines
Today I’m sharing Wordless Wednesday Coastlines. While the coast of South Carolina is mostly sandy beaches, the coastline of Maine around Arcadia National Park is a rocky coast. We did get to see a small part of the Maine beach with a bit of sand and smaller rocks. Both are beautiful in their own way. All these photos were taken with my Google Pixel 6 without any edits. Yes the water in Maine is beautiful blue. The temperature of the South Carolina ocean today was 70 degrees, getting up in the high 80’s in the summer while the Bar Harbor ocean temperature was in the 40’s and rarely gets over 55 degrees.
Hope you enjoyed dipping your toes on the beautiful ocean waters on Wordless Wednesday Coastlines.
Hi Martha and Lia, Beaches are the best place on earth! Although, I think I would prefer the warmer sandy beaches in SC than the colder rocky beaches in ME. That’s because I grew up in OR where the beaches are like ME, but as an adult lived in CA, which are much more consistent with the SC beaches. Much gratitude for sharing. Sending lots of love and virtual hugs. Jaime
Well come on down to our SC beaches Jaime! Most people from colder climates swim year round! Lia loved the rocky beaches because she loves to climb! Hugs and love back to you.
Love seeing the ocean. Always makes me smile.
It is very peaceful especially when there are not many people around. If you ever get down south Roy, give me a shout, we’ll all go to the beach!
That looks so pretty. Kinda reminds me of the beaches of Pensacola. It looks so peaceful there.
Yes are beaches are similar to Florida Amanda. I’ve only been to Florida once and that was to Vero Beach.
