Worded Wordless Wednesday
For those of you that are new to my blog, I want to let you know that I can’t seem to have a “Wordless Wednesday”, I always have to add words, just like I do when I’m not blogging, I’m a talker what can I say! But I hope you enjoy my favorite photos with captions of my Great Granddaughter’s first four months.
Princess Lia Faith’s First 4 Months
It all started on August 23, 2018 when Lia Faith arrived with a great set of lungs. Within minutes, she was looking so beautiful as she looked at her mommy. Not even a day old, she held on to her mommy and daddy’s fingers, Lia could sense the love.
When Lia was 5 days old, she was already showing off her adorable dimple and smile.
When a baby is surrounded by love, they are always so content. At 10 days old, Lia is feeling the love.
Just look at Lia smiling at her mommy just a few days before she was one month old. Every time Great Grandpapa would hold her, she would always wrap her hand around his finger. This is one of my favorite photos.
At about 6 weeks old, mommy, daddy and Lia went to the same park where I took photos just before she was born. These are hands of love that will always guide her through life.
At two months old Princess Lia Faith already had so much personality. She was melting our hearts for sure.
At two and a half months old, Lia was showing off a Penguin bib my cousin had made for her. The other 2 pictures were shots that I couldn’t resist.
A week before she was three months old, this is her “Ta Da, good morning” look. She wakes up so happy and ready to start her day.
I think Lia is saying, “Oh great grandmama, that bath was so refreshing!”
The day before her three month birthday, Lia woke up early and just wanted to snuggle and watch TV. I took these photos in a selfie mode without a flash. I knew I had to capture her expression of being in deep thought.
Happy Thanksgiving, the day before Lia turned three months old. She’s still clinging to great grandpapa’s finger.
A little over three months, Lia Faith was given a crown from a neighbor, indeed she is now a Princess with an adorable little dimple.
Another capture I couldn’t resist. Lia is in deep thought with her fuzzy Minky blanket.
A week before she turned 4 months old, Lia was invited to a 1st birthday party of a little neighbor boy. She was so excited!
At the Christmas Light Show and it wouldn’t be complete without a stop to see Santa.
Lia Faith is 4 months old! When we were taking her pictures, she was looking at her mommy with her big brown eyes and Iitlooked like she was asking when Santa would be arriving. The next picture, she was sitting up but slid down on the bunny. I caption this as “Hurry up Santa I Can’t Wait Much Longer”
As the saying goes, save the best for last. This was Christmas morning with great grandpapa and precious Lia Faith. “Her First Slow Dance” was the perfect caption for this.
It is so much fun to see the daily changes that a baby goes through, there is always something different that they do. I hope you enjoyed watching Princess Lia Faith as she grew during past four months. All of these photos were taken with either my Google Pixel 2 or my granddaughter’s Iphone, no filters were used and we have great memories. As you can see great grandma get bragging rights and that’s one of the best things I do!
She is so cute. I love her little dimples and her hair lol.
Can’t wait to see more of her as she grows up!
Lia got her dimples from her mommy and her mommy got hers from my mom! (They skipped me LOL) Thanks for stopping by Abe.
Loved the pix- and the advertisement for your new business! Thanks for the share.
Thanks Roy, Lia is so special and great grandmama loves to brag!
What an absolutely precious lil’ gift! Thank you for sharing this little one’s first few months through such beautiful photographs.
Thanks Theresa, Lia is definitely a precious gift and her mommy and daddy adore her. Thanks for visiting!
Love your granddaughter-such ia cutie. No worries; I also find it hard not to write for Wordless Wednesday.
You can just call my a chatterbox whether taking or typing! LOL Thanks for visiting our little Princess, Alans.
I have loved watching Lia Faith grow day by day through your eyes. Thank you for sharing. Happy New Year my friend. As I am off to do my own Wordless Wednesday Post and no, I am sure it will have words as well. I can’t stop talking…
LOL we are the same Glenda, non stop talkers Glenda! I can’t get over how Lia is growing so fast, too fast! Thanks for visiting and tell Charlie I said hi!
Awwww…
That about sums it up Jean! Thanks for visiting the little Princess.
What a cutie pie!
Thanks Paul, Lia sure loves to smile when I pull my phone out!
Martha, only 2 days in and you got me again! Those precious pictures were so touching, and the one on Christmas with your hubby, brought tears to my eyes. You mentioned that she could feel the love, but so could I.
Oh gosh Jeanine, I forgot to put my “tissue disclaimer” on my blog! Lia wakes up smiling and talking and stays that way all day. She is so inquisitive at her young age and absorbs its. I’ll warn you next time to have your tissue ready! Thanks for visiting with the Princess.
I cannot come up with words SO AMAZING
That about sums it up Rich. Thanks for visiting my blog!
Love the pictures, so adorable. By the way, you have to use words on Wordless Wednesday, otherwise how would we know the story behind the photos?
Thanks Nita, I love taking photos of Lia! I added words to one of my Wordless Wednesday posts and was told I shouldn’t add words but me being the “talkative” type likes to tell the story as you say. Thanks for stopping by!
Lia is truly adorable and I love watching her pics so keep them coming, I promise to enjoy each and every one of them 🙂 love that slow dance pic and those minkys!!
Thanks Vidya, I’m trying to keep up with all the photos I’ve taken of her in just the past 4 months. I’m working on an album of the ones I like best and will do this until she’s a year old then make a book for her. Lia is definitely a little sweetheart!
What a delightful smile she has!
I hope you’ll come share your photos at our weekly linkup at image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2018/12/king-of-mountain-kitty-style.html.
Happy New Year!
Thanks for the invite to the image-in-ing! I will definitely join in! Lia is such a happy and content baby, as soon as we get the camera on her, she breaks on the big smile. She’s a ham already! LOL
