This is such a unique way to track your travels. Travel Inspired takes pride in protecting the map, first it’s rolled with a thin lining paper over the map face and placed in a tube to prevent damage, then shipped another box to make sure there will not be any creases during shipping.

The large 32″ by 23″ world map is printed on high quality heavy black paper with the map in gold and also has legends printed across the bottom.

As you visit a country just scratch off where you have visited. I started scratching with an eraser as they recommended but also found that a dime worked well as long as you don’t put too much pressure while scratching.

I like the way the continents are different colors so once scratched off, you get a beautiful high class map where you can notice right off where you have traveled. When your travels are complete, it can be framed for your home or office as a wonderful memory of your journey. I was given the opportunity to examine and try this world scratch map for my honest opinion and it’s a perfect way to track my grandson as he travels the world.

I have started scratching off the countries my grandson has visited.  When I get the map all scratched off, I’ll frame it for him!  The map has so much detail and when scratched off, the country name is printed in white, along with some of the larger cities.
