Are you among those who have switched to a healthy eating plan and now your waist has gone down an inch or two? I found the perfect item to tighten up your jeans! Since I started my healthy eating plan I have lost a few inches but I didn’t want to get rid of my favorite jeans so I would pin the back with a safety pin! Well check out what I do now!

My granddaughter purchased a pack of Jean Buttons and she gave me one to try. It’s the neatest thing! It looks just like the metal jean button but it’s removable! It’s easy to attach, just pull the removable back off to separate the button from the back, push the button end with the sharp point into your waistband where needed and reattach the backing and lock in place. I do remove the button when washing my jeans but it’s so easy to reattach.

Since I started my healthy eating plan I have gone down a few sizes and the waist on my jeans are too big. I just attach the Jean Button a few inches beyond where the original jean button is and I have a waistband that is snug and stays in place!

I found a decorative four pack of Jean Buttons with different colors so I can match them up to my jeans or shorts. The buttons come with a brushed nickel, black with brushed gold, black with shiny gold and white with matte gold finish.

I like the different finishes that comes on these four jean buttons, there is one to go with my jeans and accessories. Lia helped me with this video!

Yesterday my blog was about Video Day with Lia demonstrating a microphone. I mentioned Lia and I wanted to get started on Vlogging but that would be a stretch for me since I get nervous when I start talking (Okay I know that seems impossible with the amount the talking I do. LOL) and at times my throat closes up without warning from a past mini stroke. But after watching Lia do her video, I figured I can take her lead! These two short videos that we made to tighten up your jeans could be our start!

So tell me what you think, do you think Lia and I will be able to pull off a full length video blog? Thanks for visiting and hope these jean buttons help tighten up your jeans!

I started my blog on Christmas Day 2014 mainly to review products I received. Since then it has evolved into many other categories of lifestyles, family, money saving ideas, low cost, delicious and healthy meals plus other surprise posts. My granddaughter has her own category, Alex's Articles and the latest addition to my blog is my great granddaughter now has her category, Lia's Likings The Baby Blogger! Lia started blogger at 8 months old and she now has a Friday Story Time blog you won't want to miss! I welcome you to join the conversation, ask a question, give a suggestion or leave a comment on any blog post. I hope you enjoy Lia's Likings, she has some great posts that will make you smile!

This is brilliant and eliminates that excuse: If I lose weight I’ll have to buy new clothes. Great job on your videos! It gets easier, I’ve lost track of how many hundred videos I’ve posted and how much they have evolved over time. You don’t have to be perfect.

I usually like my old clothes, they are broke in! LOL So I found these jean buttons are perfect for me Kandas! Thanks for the kudos on my videos, I made a few flubs but I’m learning! Looking forward to doing a full blown Vlog!!

Never thought jeans to be given should be given so much time

With all the content you create, of course, you can create a full vlog! You know, you can always try it out for a week or two on your site here before creating a full new site (if that is what you planned).

  4. Of course you can do a video blog!! Neat little trick with the buttons. I haven’t worn jeans in decades, so I don’t need buttons, but that is way cool. Yeah, I just wear leggings and stretchy pants, LOL.

Thanks for the push Jeanine, I’m feeling more confident on doing videos. Probably because Lia is here to help me! I love they jean buttons, maybe someone in your new membership group will decide they need some!
