The Sun is So Bright
The sun is so bright
It shines away the night.
Slowly it rises
To all different sizes.
The sun is up high
Way up in the sky.
A new day begins
As the sun starts to spin.
This is another one of Lia’s suggestions, she said to write about the sun. So she shared some thoughts and I came up with a (very) short poem!
Besides having the sun in the sky, it’s also in Lia’s heart, she is full of love, compassion and sunshine. In fact my Facebook friend Brenda has dubbed her Little Miss Sunshine.
Brenda also came up with the name Lia’s Sunshine Bakery. For her debut, Lia drew the sun on her sign and added a few cardinals flying around.
While the sun is in the sky, Lia is always ready to share her sunshine to everyone and anyone who needs cheering up whether she stops and chats with the neighbors, brings them baked goods or just shares a wave when they drive by. It’s easy to spread sunshine and put a smile on someone’s face. So it’s no wonder Lia came up with a blog topic about the sun! The sun is so bright in the sky and in Lia’s heart.
Wow…such beautiful photos of the sun in all types of settings…sunscapes!
Thanks Ali, we live a few miles from the ocean and love taking sunrise and moonrise shots over from the beach.
