Ingredients

Boil 6 eggs and macaroni. (I always have hard boiled eggs on hand)

Mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise. Add seasonings to taste.
This super quick macaroni salad recipe is delicious served on a bed of lettuce with a side of crackers. Milton’s Craft Bakers crackers are one of my favorites, I was lucky enough to win a give-away on Instagram and was sent a large package with a variety of their gluten free crackers. They have so many delicious varieties, the ones I had with my salad are the Olive Oil and Sea Salt. So if you are looking for a last minute side dish, my macaroni salad recipe might be the one for you to try!
After I finished my blog, I realized that Lia posted a blog showing step by step photos of a similar recipe using tuna fish so I wanted to share that with you also! Leave it to Lia to steal the show with her smiles! http://themarthareview.com/easy-macaroni-salad/
Hi Martha and Lia, YUM, what a great idea for a quick and delicious snack! I love both chicken and fish and shall try each of the recipes. Adorable smiles 😀 Sending lots of love and gratitude, Jaime
We usually use tuna but I like the change with chicken. Thanks for visiting Jaime!
I love seeing another macaroni recipe with peas! That’s the kind that I grew up on! It’s time to make this again!
That’s how my grandmother made it Angie plus it adds color!
This is a quick and easy recipe. Thank you for sharing Lia’s smiles for today!
That’s my motto Dominique, quick and easy when it comes to recipes! But it’s also delicious and a great salad for a picnic since you can make a large amount for next to nothing!
This looks and sounds yummy. But, I do not even bother making salads any more because I am the only who eats them. I just buy them already made.
This is easy to make just a small amount Brenda, it only takes a short time and costs pennies.
Much the same as the one I make except I use gluten-free pasta and I don’t have a little chef helping me. It looks like I need to make some later today after looking at your picture of the salad.
Macaroni salad is so quick and easy compared to potato salad. It’s also very inexpensive when making a huge amount Chef William.
Yum. I love macaroni salad.
Another quick and easy recipe Amanda.
